Apartment room is on the 3rd floor of the building which is also the top floor. The Apartment is 2 story’s with the kitchen on the first floor and the living area, bedrooms and bath on the second floor. Living area will be shared and is quite large. Internet and hydro bills will be split among the roommate and me. Said bills will be around 40 for the internet and around 60 for hydro depending on power usage. I have a parking spot included with the room which if used will be 100 dollars a month on top of the rent.
