Hello! I’m looking to find someone to take my room in the hugely spacious 2 floor house/apartment.

There are also two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a beautiful private back balcony, and a fully furnished living room available for your use.

Private washer and dryer in unit. And parking in the back alley. Room has a personal AC unit included

The rent is $1000 a month not including wifi and hydro which comes out to around $50.

There are three rooms in total, including your future room! This is one of the two bigger rooms, with the other one being taken by the main roommate, who is a chef in a restaurant. The third room is smaller and is only used temporarily by the third roommate who is only home a couple times a month (both males). So essentially you are splitting a two floor and three bedroom apartment with only one other person (and a cat 🐱).
