Everything is close by. Loblaws is right across the street, and Bestco is inside the building. Dollarama, Starbucks and lots of restaurants are nearby. 5-minute walk to No Frills and Scotiabank Theatre. Osgoode and St Andrew subway stations are about a 10-minute walk away. Great transit access with streetcars and the subway. Eaton Centre is a 20-minute walk, and The Well is just 2 streetcar stops away.

$1,600 + approximately $90 for utilities and internet.

Minimum 1-year lease. Ideally looking for someone to move in at the end of September, but a later move-in date can be discussed.

We’re two women in our twenties, originally from Ukraine. I’m moving out soon since I’ll be living on campus for college, and my roommate will be staying.

She works five days a week and is usually out during the day. We’re both pretty easygoing, respectful, and like having a clean, comfortable and peaceful home. We’re looking for someone responsible, ideally another woman, who is chill, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with.

Overall, we’re just looking for a friendly, considerate roommate who wants a comfortable place to call home :)
