Looking for quiet and clean tenants. 1 YEAR FIXED TERM.

ACCOMODATION: Spacious basement room with walk-in closet $650/Month.

LOCATION: The west end of the Belmead community. It is providing a quiet but convenient living environment, since it is separated from the main Belmead community by the road. 5-Minute Drive to West Edmonton Mall, T&T supermarket and other shopping centre/plaza. WEM is also within the walking distance if you prefer taking a walk. There is a bus stop by the street that can go directly to the West Edmonton Mall and University of Alberta. Next to the Anthony Henday and mins drive to Whitemud made it a convenient place to go anywhere in the city.

SHARED SPACE: Shared laundry (washer & dryer). In the kitchen, we share the range hood, stove, microwave, and sink. The tenant will have access to a separate refrigerator in the basement. Please purchase your own cookware, dishes, condiments, kettle, and/or other small kitchen appliances as needed.

AMENITIES: Water, electricity, heat, and Wi-Fi are either shared based on the number of occupants and actual usage, or you can choose a flat rate of $100/month.

PARKING: Street parking available.

PETS: We already have two cats, so unfortunately no additional pets are allowed. Please note this if you are allergic to cats or do not feel comfortable living with cats.

To maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful living environment, please:

No overnight guests. No parties. Keep clean. Keep noise to a minimum at night. No oil changes or vehicle maintenance in the driveway. No shoes indoors. Please avoid frequent cooking of strong-smelling foods. Please do not use high-wattage electrical appliances without prior approval. NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR CANNABIS USE OF ANY KIND.

We currently have two guys living in the house, along with two cats. We’re pretty quiet, easygoing, and respectful of each other’s space. We enjoy traveling and, when we’re home, usually just relax, watch TV, and enjoy a peaceful environment. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.
