I currently live in a 1-bedroom apartment, but I’m looking to upgrade to a 2-bedroom and share the space with a roommate. The anticipated move-in date for the new 2-bedroom is November 1st and rent will be $1250 each.
If you’re looking for a place sooner, that can be arranged as well! 😊 We could stay in my current unit temporarily, and I wouldn’t mind letting you have the bedroom since the living room is fairly spacious and the couch is a chic daybed. This would just be a temporary arrangement until we move into the 2-bedroom. The apartment is partially furnished but you are welcome to bring your own items. The images are pictures of my current apartment when I first moved in to give you a picture of the aesthetic of the units.
Serious inquiries only. Must work or be a student with the financial means to pay rent. Bills will be split 50/50. If you require parking, I’ll cover the intertnet so you can have one less thing to worry about. Background check required.
