I am looking for responsible, clean roommates to occupy 2 rooms one person per room, with a spacious shared washroom, preferably females with kind hearts, non-smoking, and no pets. To share the house with me, I will sometimes be away and/or have family come over, but very rarely, without disturbing my tenants, easy going, respectful, and I don’t like being disrespected either. Treat the house the way you will treat yours. Maximum stay @12 month but can be renewed with 2 months’ notice. Pay first and last; price can be negotiated to a reasonable amount with proper details
