Howdy! I’m looking to fill the extra room at the beautiful new apartment that my friend and I are renting.

It’s a lovely apartment building down the block from Strathcona Brewing. It’s a nice area of Hastings, and is also a quick walk to the R4 line to head into downtown.The apartment amenities include a gym, in suite laundry and a rooftop terrace with a BBQ and fire pit. Utilities aren’t included, but gym access and laundry are free. The apartment also has its own private deck! The building is pet friendly, although our unit has two furry occupants and we would prefer not to add another. The available room can be furnished or unfinished.

Sam and I are two easy going gals who met at our previous apartment and hit it off. We both love doing art in our spare time. Sam always has a fun new project up her sleeve, and I usually stick to embroidery or painting. We both love cooking, and love sitting down for a shared meal. We both value communication and a sense of community are are hoping to find a third person who feels the same. Along with us are Piper, and Sasha. Piper is Sam’s sweet 2y/o calico, and Sasha is my 13y/o medium sized dog. Both of them are pretty chill and are happy to spend their day lounging in bed, or looking out the window.
