This is the master bedroom of my detached house. It has a private ensuite with shower, sink and toilet. Also has a large walk-in closet with closet organizers on the walls. The room size: 15 ft 4 In x 13 Ft. Walk-in Closet size: 6 ft 3 in x 6 ft 3 in Currently being renovated with new vinyl flooring to match the hardwood staircase. Should be ready by Nov 1st. Utilities and WiFi included.

My name is Alan and I own the house. I am 56 yrs old, divorced and living in the basement. My older brother is renting one of the other rooms upstairs. We are both very easy going people who don’t have parties or play music loud. We are both very respectful of others. All three of us will share the kitchen on the main floor as well as cupboard space. We clean up after ourselves out of respect for others and expect the same in return. I WFH most days so appreciate a roomie who is quiet. Also you must be okay with dogs as own a Springer Spaniel who is friendly and I occasionally dog sit for friends.
