Mom and young son (who are never home, and live in the country 99% of the time); have a modern super clean townhouse with granite counters tops, and a deck with a jacuzzi etc. Looking for 2 roomates; bedrooms of different sizes and benefits available. Full basement, with divided bedroom and brand new on suite bathroom available. ($1200). Oversize master bedroom available ($1100) . As well as small less expensive, 2 rooms ($850.00) The location near NDG, it is very close to Concordia campus Loyala, with the shuttle to the other campus downtown. About 30 minutes by bus. It is 15-20 minute bus ride to vendome metro or the CHUM (12 mins by car). Great for medical students with rotations to all hospitals for proximity.
I would like to rent it out to young professionals or international students, female only.

Internet, toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, all included for a small monthly fee.

No pets, please. If you have a pet and would like to discuss it further, it would require a deposit.

It’s a beautiful home, never flooded, never robbed (even when I left the doors open and unlocked overnight). Plenty of parking.
