Hello everyone,

We are a very friendly & caring family of 2, with 3 very friendly and free roaming small Parrot Birds. We’ve been hosting international and domestic guests for the past 11 years. We are renting 3 upstairs bedrooms. There’re no kids at home. Other than the daytime bird chatters, this is quite home as we’ve passed the partying age! We preferably like people who’d stay longer as this is not a nightly rental home. We are a very health concious and clean people and as such we prefere the same type of individuals.

If anyone is interested we provide 2 healthy home-cooked meals (breakfast & dinner) made from fresh and good quality produce. We make Italian, Greek, Mediterranean, Irish, Iranian and French and lots if made up(!) tasty foods. We do NOT make a seperate cheap meals for boarders and a good meal for ourselves! We avoid eating processed food. There’s also some fresh seasonal fruits available but any extra Items related to your personal preference or diet should be purchased by you. • We are a very free minded Liberal and a Humanist family with outmost respect for all religions, but this is a %100 religion free, bigotry free, and inclusive household. We prefere if people can keep their own personal religious beliefs compeletly private, as we try to do. • Large home, large kitchen dining area a large backyard with BBQ, fire place and Gazebo. • Share one large full bathroom as well as a second two piece bathroom for emergencies with your room-mates. Try to limit your showers to one per day and keep it around 10 minutes to be considerate of others. • Unlimited WiFi High Speed Internet, there is no Cable TV Channels, but we have a Shaw Smart Box for news and a 55“ Samsung smart TV. Utilities are included. • All basic items like hand soap & toilet paper, bed sheets, blankets & more are provided. • I do clean and sanitize the shared areas for health and comfort but each individual must clean up after themselves too. • Spacious closets, dresser drawer, desk, chair & locks on doors. Each room has a computer monitor if it’s needed. • Extra storage space in crawl space for your Luggages. • Very safe neighbourhood. • Very close to all the shopping centres, shopping malls, Banking & recreation facilities. • Very close to Calgary train station. Bus stops 1 minute walk from the door! FlStreet parking is free and always available parking available on the street. • Two diffetent capacity laundry machines are available on site, but supervised to avoid mishaps. Full service laundry is provided at an extra rate. • New Mattress, bedding, blankets, bed sheets with hypo allergenic pillow cover & mattress cover. Bedding is washed in required intervals. • Airport pick-ups- drop off could be arranged, depending on time of your arrival for a small fee. • We have affordability in mind for all, but with constant changes in cost of living,we’ll have a discussion with everyone before making any rent adjustment. • We’re family minded people and will treat everyone under our roof just like our own family members. We expect to be treated likewise to create a long lasting and posetive experience for everyone. Here is what we do NOT provide:

• Junk food such as Chips, Ice cream, Cheese puffs, Nuts, Cookie…) or diet related food • Alcoholic beverages • Bus tickets or Entertainment tickets. Well, we hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Calgary, no matter where you stay!
