Looking for female in their late 20s to early 30s who is clean, respectful, quiet, and easygoing and would be a good fit for a shared living space.
ABOUT THE CONDO
The condo is a bright 829 sq. ft. corner unit with a great layout and a wraparound balcony.
The available bedroom is spacious enough to comfortably fit a queen-size bed and desk and comes with its own dedicated bathroom (not ensuite) with a bathtub and shower. The room will be unfurnished.

LOCATION
Located near Trafalgar Rd & Dundas St in Oakville, with easy access to both the 401 and 403, making commuting around Oakville and the GTA convenient.
The condo is also just minutes from Sheridan College, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Longo’s, Superstore, Walmart, and a variety of restaurants, shops, and other amenities.
RENT & AVAILABILITY
Rent: $1,400/month Available: October/November — exact move-in date to be confirmed once the new tenant has been approved by the property management team. The current lease is month-to-month, and the successful applicant will take over my roommate’s spot on the existing lease.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT APPROVAL
The new tenant will need to be approved by the property management team before being added to the lease. The following documents will be required: Credit report Employment letter Pay stubs Photo ID
A rental deposit and key deposit will also be required.
Looking for someone in her late 20s to early 30s who is very clean, quiet, and respectful. Looking for someone who is similarly considerate of shared spaces and is seeking a comfortable, peaceful place to live.
