The apartment itself is fully furnished, bright, clean, and well maintained, with a beautiful view and plenty of natural light throughout the day thanks to the large living-room windows. It is furnished with stylish, high-quality furniture that is almost new, creating a comfortable and modern living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking, including a microwave, oven, and other essential appliances and kitchen items. There is also a convenient in-suite washer and dryer, and the bathroom is exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The available bedroom is clean, comfortable, and move-in ready, featuring a large window that provides natural light, a closet for storage, and a queen-size bed already provided. Everything is set up for a comfortable stay, making this an ideal option for someone looking for a furnished room in a high-quality apartment and an excellent Coal Harbour location near the water.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one young, friendly, respectful, and easygoing male roommate. I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I live a healthy, active lifestyle. I’m social, outgoing, and energetic, and I’d love to have a roommate with a similar positive and friendly vibe. I have a flexible work schedule, so I’m generally out and about during the day, although I may come home at different times throughout the day. I enjoy outdoor activities, exploring the city, shopping, and hanging out, so I’d be happy to become friends with my roommate and occasionally do things together—while always respecting each other’s personal space and privacy.

The apartment is a one-bedroom + den, and the bedroom will be entirely yours as your private space. I use the den for my personal belongings, while the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared. I’m a very clean and organized person and am looking for someone who also values keeping the shared areas clean and comfortable. I fully respect your privacy whenever you’re in your bedroom, and you are completely free to come and go from the apartment at any time, day or night.

For complete transparency, I sleep on one side of the large L-shaped sofa in the living room, generally from around midnight until 5–6 a.m. The living room remains a shared space, however, and this does not restrict your access to the apartment or shared areas during those hours. I also keep a no-guest policy, meaning neither of us brings guests into the apartment. Overall, I’m hoping to find someone respectful, clean, friendly, and easygoing who appreciates a peaceful home but is also open to having a friendly and social roommate relationship.
