The current occupants are all quiet, independent individuals (some introverts) who mostly keep to themselves. They do not cook or use the kitchen, meaning the shared areas are almost always open, peaceful, and completely free of clutter or noise. What is Included:

• Weekend Routine: From sunset Friday until sunset Saturday, the shared spaces are kept strictly restful. There is no cooking in the kitchen, no laundry machine use, and no general public area cleaning during this specific window.
• Laundry Scheduling: Outside of the Friday/Saturday window, laundry use is scheduled for specific times to optimize Ontario’s off-peak hydro rates.
• General Rules: Clean up after yourself in shared spaces immediately, no smoking, and no pets. Requirements:
• First and last month’s rent required upon signing a roommate agreement
