One bedroom fully furnished located in the upstairs of a family, friendly home. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the homeowners and their adult daughter. There is also a two piece bathroom located on the main floor. The kitchen is shared with the homeowners, their daughter and one other tenant living downstairs. You have your own full size fridge/freezer. There is a dishwasher so you won’t have to do dishes! Shared use of the living room and dining room space. Shared use of the backyard (deck, bbq and outdoor fireplace). Laundry on site. We are located in the North End of Peterborough on a quiet, mature, tree lined street and are in walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University students (Bus 6)and Fleming College students.There is also a bus stop within walking distance for those individuals wanting to go downtown (about a 10 minute bus ride). Close to amenities (Walmart, convenience store, fast food restaurants and grocery stores). Guests are welcome with some notice please. Looking for a friendly individual, who loves animals and likes to have a good conversation, but also respects other’s privacy.

The Homeowners are a couple in there 50s and both work full time. One adult daughter in her mid twenties lives at home. One female tenant in her late thirties lives downstairs. We are friendly individuals who respect each other’s privacy, but also like to have a good conversation once and awhile. The Homeowners have three dogs and two cats.
