Hi! I’m looking for two roommates to join our apartment starting November 1st! 🏡✨ 📍 LOCATION Located in the heart of Toronto’s Downtown East, near Dundas St E & Queen St E, with easy access to the DVP, TTC, restaurants, dining, grocery stores, and more. 🏢 BUILDING AMENITIES • Concierge • Gym • Outdoor pool • Party room • Visitor parking • And more! 🛏️ THE ROOMS • 2 unfurnished bedrooms available • $1,100/month per room (first and last month deposit required) • Both new roommates will share a bathroom • In-unit laundry • Wi-Fi included • Utilities are separate and typically range from $65–$100/month, depending on usage • Tenant insurance: approximately $9/month 💰 ONE-TIME LEASE REASSIGNMENT FEE There is a $450 one-time lease reassignment fee per incoming tenant as part of the lease reassignment process. This is a one-time fee and is separate from the monthly rent.

I’m a 26-year-old bubbly and easygoing person who loves music, reading, reality TV, and finding little things to do around the city. I really enjoy having a home that feels comfortable, warm, and social, and I’ve been lucky enough to have that with my current roommates, they’ve genuinely become some of my closest friends. I’d love to keep that same kind of dynamic with whoever moves in next. I’m definitely someone who enjoys hanging out, grabbing food, watching something together, or having those random kitchen conversations that somehow turn into a two hour chat 😂. At the same time, I really value having my own space and alone time, and I’m respectful of that in other people too. There’s absolutely no expectation that we have to hang out all the time! Ideally, I’m looking for roommates who are friendly, respectful, clean, and open to building a comfortable home together. It would be great if we became friends, but more than anything, I want everyone to feel like they can genuinely be themselves and feel at home here. 🫶🏾
