About the room

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom condo. It’s a furnished room, including a double bed, a private TV and plenty of closet space with shelving. Utilities included: heat, hot water, electric, Wifi. In-suite laundry. The condo is a 10-minute walk to New West Skytrain Stn, about halfway between Uptown and Downtown New West so you have your choice of shops and restaurants.
