I’m looking for a respectful, clean and communicative female roommate to share my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Comox. I am not considering couples at this time. The available bedroom is furnished and has its own private bathroom (not ensuite), with shared access to the living room, kitchen, balcony and in-suite laundry.

A little about me: I’m in my 30s and work full-time Monday–Friday. I’m fairly introverted and really enjoy having a peaceful, comfortable home. Most of my free time is spent reading, relaxing, doing crafts, or occasionally having a girls’ night or watching a movie.

I’m friendly and happy to chat or hang out from time to time, but I also really value having our own space and being able to come home and decompress. I’m not looking for a party house, but I enjoy the occasional hangout or girls’ night. 😊

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, reliable and communicates well. I appreciate someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and is considerate about noise, guests and the general shared-home environment.

I’m open to different lifestyles and backgrounds, whether you’re working full-time, or a student. What matters most to me is finding someone who is responsible, respectful and looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I’m ideally looking for a long-term roommate, although I’m open to discussing different arrangements for the right person.
