I’m looking for someone to take over my room from October 1st because I need to move to the Mississauga area for work.

I’ve really enjoyed living here and would honestly stay if it weren’t for the commute. The house is newer, very clean, and comfortable. The room is private and furnished, with a window, desk space, and its own bathroom.

There is also a shared kitchen, dining area, living room, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. The house is in the Wilson Station area with easy access to the subway and downtown.

Rent is $1,300/month with bills included. There is also a $1,300 last-month rent deposit and a $100 refundable key deposit.

In-person viewings are available if you’re already in Toronto. If you’re currently outside Toronto or overseas, I can also show you the room and the house by video call.

You’ll be living with a Canadian housemate who grew up in Vancouver and a Turkish housemate who speaks fluent English.

Everyone is friendly and respectful, and the house is generally quiet, clean, and comfortable. We all currently live in our 20s, so someone around a similar age or in a similar stage of life would probably fit in well with the household.

It’s also a great environment for someone who wants to live in an English-speaking home and use English naturally in everyday life.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. Male or female is welcome.

Since I currently live here, I’m also happy to explain what daily life in the house is actually like, everyone’s general routines, and how we usually use the shared spaces.
