Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a female in their 20s to early 30s to take over my spot in our 2-bedroom condo in Oakville, as I’ll be relocating. I’m posting on behalf of my roommate, who will be staying in the condo.

The condo is a bright 800+ sq. ft. corner unit with a great layout and a wraparound balcony.

The available bedroom is spacious enough to comfortably fit a queen-size bed and desk and comes with its own dedicated bathroom (not ensuite) with a bathtub and shower. The room will be unfurnished.

Rent: $1,400/month + utilities ($50-$80/month)

Available: October 1st/November 1st — exact move-in date to be confirmed once approved by the property management team.

Lease: month-to-month, and the successful applicant will take over my spot on the existing lease.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT APPROVAL

The new tenant will need to be approved by the property management team before being added to the lease. The following documents will be required:

• Credit report

• Employment letter

• Pay stubs

• Photo ID

A rental deposit and key deposit will also be required.

Your future roommate is in her late 20s and is very clean, quiet, and respectful. She’s looking for someone who is similarly considerate of shared spaces and is looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to live.
