About the room

Bright big furnished bedroom on the top floor of a 3 story condo. Updated kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen size bed, bay windows, desk, end tables and lamps, television.Lots of storage space. Includes heat, hot water, hydro and high speed internet. My place is across from VGH hospital, 30 minute walk to BC Children’s Hospital. Walking distance to downtown and Canada line station.10 min walk to Canada line. If you are a UBC student, the location is only two blocks from Broadway, the main bus line to UBC. The express bus (called the B-line) runs every 6 minutes during weekdays and every 15 minutes on the weekends. The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk.
