Private room available in a legal basement apartment near Queen and Kennedy (half above ground). Approximately 12 x 9 in size. The room comes with a full sized window, air conditioning, single bed, bedside table, and a full sized closet. If you need a flat screen tv…one can be provided for $25 more per month (not to own). High speed internet is included. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry.

Not included is parking, cable tv, toiletries, cleaning supplies, additional kitchen items.

Roommates are a woman and child - clean, nice and respectful. Along with 3 budgies so daytime can be a bit noisy in the living room (cant be heard in the bedroom and not noisy at night).

Looking for a female roomate who is also clean, nice and respectful. We dont have a lot of guests over and would prefer someone who does not have guests either. Also, no additional pets please.

Also.. willing to do a 3-month trial run to start, to see if living together is a good fit.
