The room is fully furnished located in the ground floor of the property. Utilities and internet included. This is a shared accommodation set up with 1 more young lady to share the kitchen and batroom(sometimes 2 students uses bathroom). Laundry is shared with the family upstairs too. Entrance is in the back part of the house and can share the back yard as well. 1 parking spot available. Centrally located close to bus 30 and 40 stops, grocery and all.
