There are currently two very sweet, friendly, and well-behaved cats living in the house, so someone who is comfortable with and friendly toward cats would be preferred.

The cats do not enter the tenant’s private bedroom, so your room remains your own private space.

If you would like to move in with your own pet, please let me know in advance, as approval from the landlord would be required first.
