I’m looking for a roommate to rent a bedroom in a spacious, comfortable apartment. The apartment will be mostly furnished, with the exception of the bedroom being rented, so you’ll have the flexibility to furnish and make the room your own.

🌿 A Little About Me

The apartment will be shared with me — a young female professional who is friendly, respectful, and easygoing. I value having a home that feels comfortable, clean, and peaceful, and I’m considerate of shared spaces. I believe good communication, mutual respect, and being mindful of each other’s routines are important when sharing a home.

Outside of work, I enjoy a good mix of downtime and getting out and about. I like spending time with friends, and being in nature. I’m social and friendly, but I also appreciate having quiet time and giving each other space to do our own thing.

🐾 A little more about the furry roommate: I have an 8-year-old mixed-breed dog who will be with me about 50% of the time. She is friendly, well-trained, very well-behaved, and quiet. She’s a pretty easygoing dog and is comfortable relaxing at home.

I’ve also lived in the building for quite some time, and one of the things I really appreciate about it is the sense of community. The neighbours generally keep to themselves, but everyone is friendly and respectful. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know several neighbours and have made some nice connections, which has made the building feel like home.
