3 bed 1 bath ~1200 sq feet, in suite laundry and balcony along with an in building gym. Located on the 5th floor and accessible via either stairs or elevator.
Room Available is quite small (~70 sq feet). However if you need more space their is a larger room available as a separate listing on my account.
Located close to U of M (Refinery district) and directly connected to bus routes that take you to U of M. Located near Pembina means that almost anything is within a 5-10 minute drive. Ideal for U of M students.
Building is very quiet and filled with primarily U of M students. (shocking, I know)
optional parking comes with a $65 monthly fee.
About the roomies
Currently a 19 year old male U of M student majoring in Comp Sci (2nd year), generally introverted but can be socially flexible if need be. I try to be respectful of the people I live with and tend to clean and maintain everything I own/use. I do not drink, smoke or take any recreational drugs.
