About the room

One beautiful basement room for rent available October 1, 2026 in the north end of Guelph near Waverley Drive Public School. A park is located near the school and amenities are close by.

Please note that we do have a friendly dog in the upstairs. We also have a young child.

$1100 per month - all inclusive. Unlimited internet access, heat, air conditioning, hydro and utilities. Shared access to laundry facilities at no extra cost. Shared kitchen space. Access to a personal fridge. Private bathroom with shower. Separate entrance. Shared access to a large backyard. One parking space available.

About the roomies

My wife and I live with our young daughter upstairs. We have a dog who is very friendly. If interested in setting up a time to view the room, please respond answering the following questions:
