The studio consists of a bedroom, a living area, an open-plan kitchen, and a shared bathroom; I am looking to rent out the living area space. The studio is fully furnished, and the living area includes a sofa bed, so you won’t need to bring anything. It is located in the city center at the corner of Hutchison and Sherbrooke streets—a prime location very close to universities, grocery stores, and restaurants. Rent includes all utilities and internet, but parking is not included (street parking is available).

All the furniture is new—even the sofa bed is new and has never been used.

I am good at cooking Arabic dishes and enjoy watching TV and going out with friends. I am very clean and organized. I used to serve in the special operations unit of the army in my home country.
