This luxury home located in the prestigious Crestmont community by COP is complete with large yard, communal fire pit, BBQ, hot tub, karaoke and beyond! 15 to 20 minutes drive to downtown, and only a 1 hour bus ride.
One room is available in the upstairs level. Top floor of the house is shared with the landlord (male) and 1 female roommate (35 years old). Or, there’s another one in the basement suite. Suite is shared with 1 other person. Alternatively, Master Bedroom with private bath available November 1st onwards for $1100.
Laundry is shared with the upstairs tenants + basement, and the whole house is fair access to use.
Caged animals are permitted. No illegal drug use. No indoor smoking (outdoor OK). Not a party house, but we are social and enjoy smaller gatherings. House mainteance is shared (ie. grass mowing).
Utilities are $100 per month per person extra on top of rent (flat rate) and includes heat, hot water, electricity. Tons of the street parking available, but driveway parking is for the upstairs tenants.
Option to rent the entire downstairs basement suite separately with two bedrooms, one bath also available.
Available immediately; preference given to longer-term tenants, but most terms over 3 months accepted. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Clean criminal record MANDATORY.
Adults in their 20s/30s! Not a party house. Easy going. Looking for people with great energy who have lived in co-living houses before.
