With two bus stops that are a 3 minute walk away from the house that go straight to downtown, and only a 7 minute drive to UVic, this property is perfect for students in need of housing. The area is quiet and the house is filled with university students, it’s a great place to study and rest. At only $1000 a month for utilities and wifi, including a furnished room, the move in process would be extremely smooth and worth it as it is a nice space.
