A lovely mid-century home located in the charming Mill Creek Ravine area (just north of Ritchie). Close to walking trails, just a few blocks away from Whyte Ave, and very close to the U of A. This might be a wonderful rental for a student or fan of the arts.

The space is a large bedroom that takes up HALF of the basement. It has a door to the space for privacy, 2 closets, and a cold room that can be used for any type of storage. There is also a large open room that can be used as your own living room or office or workout room. (Man in photo is 6 feet tall so you can see that the ceilings in the basement are a decent height.)

I would just need to walk through your living area (not bedroom) to get to the laundry room. The laundry is shared and located in the basement, but I would respect your privacy and we can set up a schedule for me to access it.

We would share a bathroom on the main floor with a gorgeous tub. The kitchen is shared with plenty of storage space and modern appliances. I would share my food with you and I love to cook!

You would have access to a large backyard and a shared garage. The garage is not appropriate for parking a car as it is very old and small. It is a excellent and secure location for bikes and other gear!

Rental includes one parking space, utilities, AND internet. Oooo ahhh.

Pet friendly! I have some allergies pets so we might need to do a meet and greet first! I have a large dog but he is in the kennel during the day when I am at work. He currently lives with a cat who is moving out but they are chill. He doesn’t go after the cat and the vibe. I would be so cool with having another live with me. We have a perfect litter box location under the stairs in the furnace/laundry room.

I would be the upstairs tennant. Just me and my doggo. I’m 32 years old. I work 9am to 5pm at a clinic and I am away most evenings doing theatre.

I’m easy going, clean, organized, and enjoy my space. My dog is energetic and like to run around so you’ll have to be cool with a big dog in the backyard.

I’m very comfortable with however you want to divide the house! You want your privacy and you want the basement to me yours, all good! You want to divide and conquer the common areas and share a living room, rock on. I’m down.
