We have a large, bright, furnished bedroom available July 1. We are all Ladies sharing this house. I have a cat so no allergies please. Large kitchen, 2 fridges, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, internet and utilities included. 2 min walk to bus that goes downtown, shopping nearby, large garden to enjoy in the summer, street parking available. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs please.

I have lived here for 10 years, we have a great landlord. There are 2 bathrooms for 4 people to share. We have a weekly cleaning schedule so the house stays clean and tidy. Ladies only please!
