Location: Bloor and Lansdowne (100m from the TTC, 20 mins to downtown core), spoilt with fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and breweries all within walking distance

Rental Terms: Looking for a roommate to join an existing lease agreement that will be month to month. House is rent controlled
