About the room

I’m looking to sublet my room for the 2027 Winter semester starting in either December or January. The house is at Albert and Bridgeport, and super close to Uptown Waterloo as well as the ION, making it an easy commute to UW or Laurier. Rent is 825 all inclusive for the fully furnished room, however internet is extra (only 15$). There is laundry free in the house, and you would only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. There is also a common area and outdoor space as well as a spot to store bikes. Parking a car is an extra 50$ a month. All roommates are quiet and respectful mature students.
