Modern, spacious house with lots of potential to have a great personality. It has a big open living room to host people or just to enjoy for roomie nights or on your own:) there is a 5th room available, its an attic room and there is the possibility to rent it as an office space together with the room listed for a total of $1250 (plus utilities) or we could also consider renting it to a 5th person in the future. House is unfurnished at the moment because we will be moving in Oct. 1 as well! Your room would be in the upper floor and you would be sharing the floor and bathroom with Iulia - She/her, 31, has the sweetest (and most quiet ever) dog named Bella, she works at UofT and is studying her master in psychology, I have shared a home (and a wall) with her for the past 1.5 years and I can assure you noise will not be an issue whatsoever, she is very sweet and caring and fun to chat and hangout with but also very respectful with your personal space, she loves reading, watching movies, dancing, biking and karaoke and a bunch of other things (she does it all) Then main floor will be me and Simon - He/him, 28, works as a line cook at a Ramen restaurant in downtown and graduated UofT recently, he is the most chill guy, cooks yummy food, he djs as a hobby and sets the vibe for the house while cook sometimes, I have also shared home (and a wall) with him for a year and a half and he so fun to be around, he loves movies, raves and is quite artsy (even tho he isn’t very active). Then me - (She/her), 26, i work as an Environmental Technologist, I am a social butterfly but a big time introvert at the same time, I am out quite a lot either traveling for work, for pleasure or just busy doing things in the city but I also love days/nights in! I enjoy cooking, raving, spending time in nature and being in my head doing my own thing. We all enjoy hanging out with each other at home and out of home, we like hosting people (with notice in advance to make sure everyone is ok) and hanging out with each other’s friends, we all really appreciate a clean/cozy space with good homey vibes that we feel eager to come back to at the end of the day and we are looking for someone in the same frequency:)) so if you have made it this far and feel like we could be a match we would love to hear from you!! We are looking for someone that can integrate to the dynamics above, no gender preference, but you gotta be queer friendly, reproch genocide and social injustice, hate capitalism and just be a decent, empathetic, conscious human being :) Side note: We are not a plant based household but 2 of us dont buy/cook meat and the 3rd doesn’t cook meat often and when he does he cooks it soon after buying so there isn’t meat in the fridge/freezer commonly and we would have a preference for someone who has the same eating habits.
