Looking for a roommate to share a comfortable 2-bedroom home in Canyon Glen, near Anderson Rd & Elbow Dr. Rent & Costs $650/month rent + approximately $230/month for your 50% share of utilities Typical total: ~$880/month Utilities vary month to month. The basement has shared laundry and additional storage. You’ll have shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, dishwasher, backyard/patio, and everything else in the home except my bedroom. About the Household I’m a 26-year-old landscaper. During the winter I also do snow removal, which means I can have some very early starts—sometimes 12 AM, 2 AM or 4 AM—and may sleep during the day. I’m generally quiet and keep to myself. Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, lacrosse, and creating garden/yard designs as side work. When I’m home, I mostly focus on cleaning, cooking and taking care of the essentials, but I enjoy movies and gaming when I have some downtime. There’s also one very friendly 15-year-old female cat who already lives here. I’m looking for someone with stable income who values mutual respect, communication and consideration for each other’s space. Ideally, this is a home where we can both live independently while still being friendly and comfortable around each other. Living Expectations • Keep shared spaces functional and reasonably clean • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • Friends are welcome to visit occasionally • Maximum of 3 guests at a time • Overnight guests limited to 2 weeks cumulative without prior written landlord authorization • No couples • Groceries are separate, although we’re welcome to share things like condiments • 420-friendly outdoors — smoking must follow community rules and cannot take place inside the home • Respect each other’s belongings, privacy and schedules Who I’m Looking For Any gender welcome. Ideally someone in their 20s or 30s, but I’m open to anyone if we seem like a good fit.
