This is a ground floor unit in a fully renovated, really adorable, character home. Located at Fraser and 11th it is close to Emily Carr University and the 99 rapid bus line (straight shot to UBC). It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood that is really well connected via transit and bike lanes. Just a 10 minute walk to Main Street, there are lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby.
