The following are not permitted: • Pets • Indoor smoking/vaping • Illegal drug use • Excessive drinking leading to disruptive behaviour • Parties • Overnight guests

The Application Process: The following will be conducted/required: Background check • Reference check • Proof of employment (e.g., recent pay stubs) and proof of funds (financial institution/bank statements)

First and last month’s rent is required prior to your move-in date.
