UNIT: One unfurnished large den in a furnished apartment. AVAILABLE DATE: November 1, 2026

PRICE: $1,250/month + ½ internet ($40.10)

LOCATION: The Annex, Bathurst Street & Bloor Street West (2-minute walk to Bathurst subway station and nearby Koreatown)

RENTAL TERMS: 1-year lease. You will sign a joint tenancy agreement provided by the landlord.

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guidelines.

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: I’m a current tenant seeking a roommate.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, credit check, landlord references, past rental history, first and last month’s rent deposit ($2,500), and maybe more (if requested by the landlord - we can discuss later)

I’m friendly and enjoy a good conversation, but I also value and respect personal space. I love music, dancing, and staying active. I spend a lot of time at the gym, and you’re always welcome to join me! I occasionally host friends for laid-back hangouts or dinners on special occasions. Overall, I enjoy a calm, CLEAN, and minimalist lifestyle, so if that sounds like you, we’ll probably get along great.
