I’m a postgrad at UdeM living in the bedroom beside yours (hopefully). I am more of a self contained individual who generally prefers a quite night in. I prefer to live a balanced life so you might see a lot of mealprep going around with possible outdoor activites on weekends ( if you are up for it, more the merrier). As for inclusion, the rent does not include electricity and hydro , so that’s something we have to share. WiFi has been setup so that split also goes into the utilities share.
