This is a walk in semi private suite with bedroom. The electrical panel to house and furnace room is in this suite so landlord need access at times. If privacy is more important to you this may be of interest. If cooking is important this may not be of interest. There is a microwave and small fridge in suite area. A toaster oven, hotplate and plug in skillet can be used out of suite across tool room in an enclosed porch. This suite is 6 ft high and not totally soundproof from upstairs. This is a nice looking newer suite with big bathroom and shower. There is one small parking space outside of suite door. Laundry is not included. This is a furnished suite. Not looking for a really long term tenant.
About the roomies
I am a working parent with a cat and old dog. Children do come to visit sometimes during the day. Quiet time is between 930 and 10pm.
