Hey, I’m currently in the Renfrew Area in a 2bed 1.5bath laneway house. At the moment, I’m on my own but the other room will be available in October. So, I’d like to find a great match to share the space. It is a two story place so kitchen and living room are downstairs, upstairs is the two rooms and a full bath. The room is big enough to fit the bed and a desk/working station comfortably. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking and key bus stops are only about a 7 mins walk from the house (across the street) It is 5 mins from Burnaby so everything is pretty close, there are restaurants nearby, superstore, walmart, staples, gyms, etc. Utilities are extra. The price is not fixed, very likely around that number with utilities.
A bit about myself: I’m Pao, I’m 25 years old, currently working full time in tech, I spend most of the time at home as I work in a hybrid mode, I’m taking French classes online on Saturdays so I spend lots of time in my room.
On my free time I enjoy going to the gym, playing pickleball, going for walks, or just being outside if there is sunlight. I enjoy socializing from time to time but I’m more on the reserved side when busy. I’m pretty chill and appreciate clear communication, I enjoy clean spaces so someone tidy would be a good match, I have a morning schedule but I’m a deep sleeper so I don’t necessarily need clear “quiet hours”, I don’t mind visitors as long as a headsup is given.
