Hello, I am a new first year student at Mount Royal University and I’m looking for a person to share my apartment with for my first school year.

Apartment Details:

The unit is brand new and I am the first tenant who has lived in here. I moved in at the start of April 2026.

The apartment is located at 15 Skyview point Crescent Northeast in Calgary beside the Airport

Included in the cost: Water, Electricity and Internet Amenities included

• TV stand that you can use as a nightstand
• Washer and Dryer
• Memory Foam Bed with blankets and Bedsheets. (If you have your own bed I can move the one already in the room so you can bring yours in)
• Television + PlayStation 5 (including my movie and game collection that you can use anytime)
• Amazon Prime, Crave, Paramount + and Netflix
• Treadmill
• Pots and Pans for cooking -Mailbox

Parking: Street parking is available in the area, but if you’re a student at Mount Royal, we could potentially work out a carpooling arrangement where I take you to and from School depending on your schedules. There is transit available in this area and I can take you to and from the train station.

Rules/Expectations:

• Excluding the bedroom this is a shared living space, so we would both be involved in maintaining the space in regards to cleanliness and organization.

• you can invite one friend over on occasion if you wish but no loud parties.

• we’re going to be cooperating when living here so if I make any mistakes or there are things you would prefer to be done as we get to know each other. I’m totally cool with adjusting my behavior to make sure that we’re both having a peaceful time living together. :)

Getting to know me: - i’m a very chill and relaxed person.  I can make conversation with you, but if you prefer to be left alone doing your own thing, that’s totally fine.
