Hello! My name is Nicole and I have a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. I am looking for a Housmate who I think will be a good fit to share a home. The style of the home is colourful and eclectic and cozy. There is an excellent balcony with a nice view of trees. The apartment was recently renovated and repainted and I feel like that gives it a nice fresh look.

As for me, I will work in the arts. At home, I like to do arts and crafts, and I generally do a big batch cook on the weekends. I have started my collection of House plants and hope that the home will be nice and green as they grow in the collection continues. I am quite sensitive to smoke so if you’re a smoker of any kind of smoking project, even recreationally, then we wouldn’t be a good fit. I welcome my Housmate to have friends over. And I may have a dinner party every now and then. I appreciate sharing a home with someone who is up for a nice conversation sometimes and who will help out with chores.
