This room is located in a quiet, well-maintained home in a generally low-crime neighborhood, making it a great place to relax and feel at ease. The room will come Semi-Furnished with a Mattress and Dresser(Can possibly furnish with some other things too).

There is a bus stop right in front of the property which makes Public transit an ease with many other amenities only a 10 minute~ walk over to the plaza.

Respectfully, no guests. This is not a place to have friends over and hangout. You are renting the room and as such are a Boarder/Guest here, this is my home and I am renting the room out to help with my costs but also give someone decent an affordable room in a reasonable house without 8 roommates as you typically see when renting a room. You can feel comfortable and secure when living here.

This is a great place for someone looking to relax after a day of work or a day of studying wanting peace and quiet and to unwind.

Other than Hydro Everything is all-inclusive here included with your rent you will have access to High speed internet(2 GBPS). The Hydro and other Utilities are generally ‘all inclusive’ other than Hydro for the Winter month’s, if the bill goes over a certain amount I will need to ask for 30% of the Hydro bill to be paid but generally I will cover everything provided it is being reasonably used.

The place is well kept, clean, and generally maintained and i’d like to keep it that way. With that being said, Myself and anyone living here will contribute to that in some way or another whether it be cleaning the Bathroom once every two weeks or the Kitchen and we will split these responsibilities. I’ve lived in disgusting places before and so I value keeping the crib clean and hope you do aswell!

Hi there! I am a 35 year old Male that enjoys Video games, Watching movies, Smoking, and I love music whether it is Underground rap all the way to Country I am into it all… I am into various things but those being my main go-to. With that being said the home will be quiet with no aggressively loud music being played as I value respect and I hold myself accountable to the same rules. I am in Sobriety for Alcohol, 2 years off the drink now so respectfully I am looking for someone that either DOES NOT DRINK* or has a beer here and there but will not tolerate Drunks or any BS that comes from drinking. Looking for someone that is similar to myself and a bonus if you enjoy Smoking and video games as we would have that in common.

The other roommate here is a Friendly and quiet 31 year old male, Working and gone most of the time but when he is home he is very quiet so I am hoping whoever I get in the room beside his will be the same as you will need to get along. He does not drink or do drugs either.
