Who else have such a great possibility, to have a low cost habitation but with a huge terrazzo of 2x4 meters for himself /herself? Situated in a beautiful, modern and recent 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom CONDO, 3 roommates + you. We’re located just 2km West of Downtown and 750m from Vendôme Metro (H4A 0A2), near Westmount. Pricing: The room itself is 749$/month including your own terrazzo. But , if you sign today, there is a 50$ discount today & tomorrow only. . So, 699 for the room and terrazzo, for charges/ services and furnishing there are different possibilities. Our proposition is for you not to buy your own furniture, accept ou quality furniture and, with the 4 services / charges included, pay a flat sum of 100$/month. Terms: Long-term preferred (several months to 1 year). Last-minute emergency rentals/short-term gap stays are also welcome!
