About the room

Great end of town in a quiet neighborhood. Room is fully furnished in the basement with a California King bed, dresser and a small tv. There is also a living space that is fully for the basement that is also furnished, a 2pc bathroom, a mini fridge and a stand up freezer (freezer would be shared). There is a shared bathroom upstairs and shared kitchen.

I’m a 37F who doesn’t drink or smoke. I’m quiet and keep to myself. My daughter is also here 50% of the time she is not quiet all the time but will stay out of your space.
