Hello! My name is Taylor and I am looking for a female student or recent grad to rent a room in a house in Uptown Waterloo. I have videos of the house/room that I can share if you are interested!

Details:

• September - December or September - April

• Unfurnished bedroom on the top floor

• 1.5 bathrooms

• Shared main floor with a kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms; basement with laundry machines and room for storage

• A designated Heritage Home (i.e., beautiful!) with brand new flooring, new appliances, and a recently redone bathroom (i.e., modern.)

• Less than a 20 minute walk from UW, less than 10 minutes from WLU, and less than 10 minutes from the nearest ION station

The house will be shared with two female grad students from UW. We are searching for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and communicative (and, ideally, enjoys eating baked goods for when I inevitably make too many).
