Nice little room private, furnished room but you can bring your own if you’d like can take the stuff out, lock and key for it when you move in property’s nice small backyard and deck. Covered front well groomed nice big alleyway for anyone to use.

About the roomies

Two guys and their 50s semi retired easy going, occasional drinking, no drugs. You can smoke cigarettes outside if you smoke. Looking for someone that has a job or is going to school, if you have something else that that doesn’t cover we can talk about that with you.
