Looking for mature professional/employed individuals to share a single residence located on a quiet property located in Pakenham Ontario. Individuals will be expected to maintain a minimum standard of cleanliness in shared spaces.

There are only two rooms for rent with the maximum occupancy of three people including myself.

The overall environment would be suitable to a quiet professional who enjoying living in a country atmosphere however close to the city and amenities.

The house includes a shared Kitchen, pantry space, individual small fridges, laundry, one parking space per room, Livingroom, family room, house security, basement storage, internet, hydro and outside property.

About the room

There are two private rooms (furnished) available with a shared bathroom located on the main level of the home. A shared bathroom is located on the main level for the two lodgers. Expectations are to maintain a standard of cleanliness. Shelving and storage area will be provided.

Pet Friendly Home: This is a pet friendly home and reside on the property and may have access to shared areas of the home. The fur family are very friendly, clean and quiet.

General Atmosphere of the home: The Lodger agrees to respect reasonable quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. (within reason during the work week). Noise, music, television, telephone conversations, and other activities shall be kept at a level that does not unreasonably disturb other occupants of the property.

Overnight Guest: Occasional guests are permitted with advance notice and approval from the Property Owner. This would also be a joint discussion with other members of the household.

Currently there are no other tenants, and I am in the process of interviewing potential residents.
I am a mature professional woman who works mostly at the office. Most of my time at the house is spent in the upstairs apartment area.
