Primary/Large bedroom that can be furnished with bed and dresser or unfurnished.

Walk to NSCC Akerley and all groceries (10 minute walk) and steps to #10 bus route which goes directly to downtown

The bedroom is on the main/upper floor with GIANT south facing windows and bathroom across the hall which you share with 2 roommates.

The price includes ALL utilities (power, heat, internet, water). A shared cleaner cost of $70 per month is extra per person.

House is 1 female professional who works from home in a separate office space (basement) and 2 early 20s student & working. Everyone is very quiet and respectful and mature. Looking for a similar roommate. Suitable for 1 person ONLY. Insurance does not allow more than 4 people total in the house and we are already 3 :).

ALL utilities, cleaning supplies, soap, laundry soap, internet, etc included in the price.

We are picky about finding another roommate to fit in with us. We are all non-smokers and want the same for our roommate. None of us really drink, save for an occasional single beer with a meal. I am very scent sensitive so you cannot wear any fragrances (perfumes/cologne), smoke, have scented candles, strong perfume etc.

Using normal shampoo, conditioner, and soap is fine as I have a separate bathroom for myself. I provide laundry soap for all of us to use that is unscented. There is free on-street parking 24/7 but no driveway parking. Room for car can be made for parking ban nights.

Quiet cul de sac area.

Everyone is responsible for their own dishes and cleaning is shared between us. No pets. Queer friendly.

Annual lease but would consider until July 1 or Sept 1 fixed term.

Overall we are all nerdy people - our spare time is video games, board games, cooking, or travelling. We are all friendly in common spaces but everyone spends most of their time in their rooms and don’t bother each other much. :)
